1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BinVault Inc. platform ("BinVault"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BinVault Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

BinVault provides computer vision-based inventory tracking, predictive analytics, warehouse layout optimization, and automated reorder workflow services ("Services"). The Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your order form or pricing plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify BinVault Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your warehouse data, inventory records, and operational data uploaded to or generated within BinVault. BinVault Inc. does not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Services.

5. Hardware & Installation

Camera hardware, IoT sensors, and installation services are provided by third-party vendors. BinVault Inc. is not responsible for hardware failures, installation quality, or third-party vendor performance unless explicitly covered under a separate hardware support agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

BinVault Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to inventory losses, stockout events, or operational disruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
