BinVault works with standard IP cameras (1080p or higher) and common IoT sensors including RFID readers, weight sensors, and infrared counters. We provide a hardware compatibility list during onboarding and can recommend vendors based on your warehouse layout and ceiling height.
A standard 50,000–100,000 sq ft warehouse typically takes 2–3 weeks from sensor installation to full AI tracking. This includes hardware mounting, network configuration, layout mapping, and AI calibration. Larger facilities or multi-site rollouts are phased over 4–8 weeks.
Yes. BinVault has native integrations with SAP, Oracle WMS, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, NetSuite, and other major platforms. We also offer a REST API and webhook system for custom integrations with proprietary systems.
BinVault achieves 99.6% identification accuracy across standard SKU types including boxes, bags, pallets, and individual items. Accuracy improves over time as the AI learns your specific inventory. Edge cases like damaged labels or unusual packaging are flagged for manual verification.
Yes. Our cameras and sensors are rated for environments from -30°C to 50°C. Cold storage, freezer zones, and outdoor staging yards are fully supported with specialized hardware configurations included in our Enterprise plan.
